Founded in 1972, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services, Inc. (ADAS) is a functional unit and the Single County Authority (SCA) for Cameron, Elk, and McKean Counties. A Private Executive Commission, which is overseen by a Governing Board that is made up of eleven members who are appointed by their respective County Commissioners. The Board of Directors have oversight of the Executive Director, fiscal and audit matters, as well as the authorization of contracts and other corporate matters.

We offer a full continuum of treatment and prevention services within our three counties. We also contract with a wide variety of services throughout Pennsylvania. No one is denied services because of their inability to pay, many services we offer are free through a variety of grant programs. We will bill all insurances and payment is based on a sliding fee scale according to income.
