Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Services

  • MAT services are available for individuals in need of Vivitrol (naltrexone), Suboxone (buprenorphine), or methadone for treatment of their disease.
  • ADAS works in partnership with MAT providers to coordinate care for individuals in need of treatment.
  • In addition to the case coordinator, a recovery support specialist is available to assist you with any questions about your recovery journey, provide resources for support and be your advocate throughout your course of care.
  • A case coordinator will help you through every step of your recovery journey process. They will assist you in finding the right care for you and make sure you have all the support necessary to achieve recovery.
  • Case coordination includes referrals to MAT and substance use counseling providers, appointment management, identifying barriers to treatment, and linkage to all identified ancillary services needed.

  • A case coordinator is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by calling 1-844-621-4080, to address any needs that may arise during non-business hours.
