CASE MANAGEMENT

Case Management Services are available to all persons seeking alcohol and other drug treatment. An assessment can be scheduled within 3 days of the person’s first call to us. The primary function of Case Management is to ensure access to both treatment and supportive services which promote recovery from addiction. Case Management also helps secure funding for treatment. Any communication with the program will be treated in a confidential manner.

Case Management Services can provide help with the following:

  • Vocation/Education
  • Employment
  • Legal Services
  • Alcohol and other drug treatment
  • Basic needs
  • Physical health
  • Mental health
  • Life skills
  • Family/Social
